How are you using your Moleskine?

I was inspired by patrickrhone's suggestions on using a moleskine for a capturing device. I bought one, figuring I would use it - but at the same time I discovered the essence of HipsterPDA (I'm very, very new to GTD, have not even finished the book yet).

So I have my Moleskine, with some index cards in the back. Yet I find I am only using the index cards, capturing what needs to be captured, and tossing them in my physical inbox.

So what are you using your Moleskine's for? Todo lists?

Just need some input and advice. Thanks!

I use my lined Moleskine...

I use my lined Moleskine as a journal. Like, Berko, I use it for a theraputic purpose. I have migrated my capture to a Rollabind. However, the thin paper does not work well at all with my fountain pens. The binding is not that good either. So I will be migrating again to a junior sized circa from Levenger.
