How are you using your Moleskine?

I was inspired by patrickrhone's suggestions on using a moleskine for a capturing device. I bought one, figuring I would use it - but at the same time I discovered the essence of HipsterPDA (I'm very, very new to GTD, have not even finished the book yet).
So I have my Moleskine, with some index cards in the back. Yet I find I am only using the index cards, capturing what needs to be captured, and tossing them in my physical inbox.
So what are you using your Moleskine's for? Todo lists?
Just need some input and advice. Thanks!

Interesting use mdl. I've always wanted to get into the habit of writing down notes as I read - obviously, we can all see the benefit to something like that.
Keeping a running index in the back of the book seems nice, are you numbering the pages I assume?
