How are you using your Moleskine?

I was inspired by patrickrhone's suggestions on using a moleskine for a capturing device. I bought one, figuring I would use it - but at the same time I discovered the essence of HipsterPDA (I'm very, very new to GTD, have not even finished the book yet).

So I have my Moleskine, with some index cards in the back. Yet I find I am only using the index cards, capturing what needs to be captured, and tossing them in my physical inbox.

So what are you using your Moleskine's for? Todo lists?

Just need some input and advice. Thanks!

I have also had issues...

I have also had issues with exactly how to use the Moleskine that I love so much. I have drifted back and forth between a Pocket Lined with an added pen holder (made with black gaffers tape) and a Franklyn Covey remake of the Levenger International holding my Hipster. I even went so far as to reproduce the "week on a page" of the 18 month callendars in the back of my pocket lined Mole. I like the cards for capture of "random bits of this and that" i collect durring my workday but muck prefer the Mole for expressing and cataloging ideas when not next to my DIY planner (classic size).

The problem is that I need something that fits in my pocket and can't carry both at the same time. For the moment I go to my Mole and use the post-its in the front for my mental brik-a-brak.
