ISO: The perfect web solutions...PLEASE HELP

So I've been using GTD for a while now and think I know what I need for it to be effective. My perfect web solution would have:

ability to be hosted from my webhost
password access
GTDWiki style
iCal syncable
ability to send reminder alerts via email
customizeable style/interface
checklists

so far i have seen nothing that has all of this.
I like backpackit.com's check lists, but wish they had reminder alerts associated with them
i like zohoplanner but I want it hosted on my site

if anyone know of any solutions that exist out there, please let me know.

thanks!

That is an awfully tall order. Remember that you can't sync anything to iCal, you can only subscribe to it. So you could make a calendar and then have it show up in iCal, but changes you make to it cannot sync back.

Why do you want reminders on tasks? Wouldn't that be the antithesis of GTD?

A lot of what you want is in Tracks. Tracks is a good web solution for doing GTD but since it is focused on GTD it doesn't have a reminder function.

If you have to do something on a certain day or certain time, those things are supposed to live in your "hard landscape" or Calendar.

If you haven't looked at Tracks, you should. Its easy to setup and runs on just about anything I've ever tried (openbsd, osx server, solaris fwiw).

Please see feature request for Tracks to do iCal:

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.
