"Access Denied"

hello. i used to have access to this post:

but now I get a message that says:
Access denied.
what gives? I liked that post, because it showed that i was a top 10 commenter! (commentor?)

if it’s possible to just post a one-time list (top commenters or whatever) that doesn’t get refreshed? If it’s not hard.
