How do I make post a blog entry on 43 folders?

It should be very obvious, but I just can’t seem to be find the button/page :(

Need authorization
I’m pretty sure that Merlin has to give you a 43f blog before you can post to one… and even then, only he gets to choose which blog posts get promoted to the front page.
