Things I liked: 1) no cheeeeezy music at the start and end 2) the brevity is supercooled, we don't want to sit listening for 45m to some guy telling us how not to waste time, 3) the fact that it seemed like you did it all in one take (i.e. no cuts), and 4) that it 4a) sounded like you weren't just reading a script, and 4b) that you didn't go all crazy and stream-of-conciousness on our asses, seems like you had some bullet points on an index card in front of you and stuck to them.

I think I vote for (and I'm choosing the two choices too, sorry) frequent, short podcasts that serve to poke us into action when we are doing nothing rather than more infrequent MASSIVE podcasts covering the ins and outs of to-do list meta-analysis.
