Trusted System Question

What are the elements of a "trusted system"? Notes, Tasks, Lists, ect?

I feel like I need a tool for each of these, I use OmniFocus for tasks, but I dont have anything on my Mac to manage lists and notes? I know Merlin on 43folders talks about using text files but I am not sure how he does that? What other elements do I need to have a complete trusted system?

How do I know when my system is completed?

Tools are just that..

True that the Mac has many tools that can be used in the GTD system, but they are just that. You have to find something that works for you whether it be textfiles, OmniFocus, iCal, or a HipsterPDA.

Try getting ahold of it using paper first, then use the automated tools.

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »
