My first post. Drowning here in technology hell and need some insight on something that's bugging me for a long time. Much appreciated!

I use Outlook 2003 which I sync with my Treo 650. No problems there.

I manage projects with Basecamp and want to be able to sync with Outlook. Found a neat little sync app for Basecamp called Grabsync. Works great syncing BC and Outlook, but it creates a new task folder so that it my Outlook-BC tasks do not sync with my Treo.

I think I'm missing something about DevonThink and VoodooPad.

I really like what I read about DevonThink's smart searching, ie showing you related entries and such. But ... from what I've read it seems that DevonThink requires a fair amount of manual fussing about - organizing entries and replicants of entries into appropriate sub-sub-sub folders. Is that correct?

I have been implementing GTD for a year now. Their is one thing that I really require an advice in this system.

I use paper in implementing my GTD, the only time I use the PC is when dealing with e-mails and using the calendar in outlook 2003.

The problem that I'm facing is that for projects I'm forced in writing next actions twice, once in my context next action list @car, @phone etc. and once in the Projects next action list.
