What I love about Quicksilver

Merlin has gone on about the power of Quicksilver's Append To... action and simple text files to keep track of all kinds of data. I decided to drink the Kool-Aid and give it a try for my "on-the-go" contexts. To make it really useful, I set up my Mac to automatically sync my lists to the Notes folder on my iPod every time it gets plugged in.

So I just got started with GTD and found it extremely helpful for me.

Now I am wondering whether there is any best practice/ source of information for convincing my team @ work to apply some GTD techniques (at least some), given that they all have their preferred way of organizing their stuff. Obviously, I don´t want to pose things on them. So I would not want to disregard the fact that there are other methods and systems that work OK for them. Anyone any thoughts, comparisons with other methods/systems that would point out respective strenghts of GTD?

And these todos shown on a timeline from left to right.

I shouldnt be a complex Gantt Project Management and an iCal Sync would be perfect.

Any ideas?

Changing from SOHO Notes: Replacement?

Mail.app GTD ideas/tips?

I am looking for a Windows application that would access my different text files in a simple and easy way. Not notepad guys! One application that would parse context from 7 different text files. Listing the different @call, @projects contained in all files in a folder.
Also trying to figure out how to web publish some of my text files, however I don't want to add all of the HTML code into the file. Is there an application, publishing service or process that can display contents of .txt files?

I have spent some time looking around for such things.
