Lifehacked by Matt Haughey; mindfulness, ho
Merlin Mann | Mar 20 2006
Interview with a Lifehacker: Merlin Mann - Lifehacker Last Friday, Lifehacker guest editor Matt Haughey was kind enough to do an email interview with me. It’s mostly about Getting Things Done, but I was pleased to be able to sneak in something I’ve been meaning to call out more formally here on the site.
Keep an eye out over the coming weeks for more wide-ranging features including an ongoing look at mindfulness, how it can improve your concentration and productivity, as well as the fascinating ways that sundry disciplines are applying it to combat things like depression, OCD, and attention problems. This is something I’m very excited about digging in to, and, in talking with readers over the past month or so, I get the feeling it’s something many of you might find interesting as well. Here’s hoping. Thanks to Matt and to Lifehacker for the bully pulpit. 1 Comment
