ISO Merlin's GTD implementation

Hi, all. I just discovered GTD and 43folders a week or two ago, and just finished reading Allen's "GTD".

While reading 43folders pages I've come across references to Merlin's implementation of GTD (e.g. in Getting started with "Getting Things Done"), but I have not been able to find a full description of this implementation. Is it available?

Thanks in advance!

I bet there are a lot of very interesting details in Merlin's system that could be of use to both veterans and beginners. Things that he takes for granted that would be huge revelations to others. Things he does that he doesn't even realize are important. That's the trick about writing out something that is created organically over time. There is usually a lot you are doing that you don't realize you picked up until you try to put it all out for someone else to understand.

So Merlin, if you do find time to do this, please include as much detail as possible. Even if you think it is a trivial detail, to someone else it isn't. And don't sell us the "Humble" routine that your system isn't a model and if we all knew just how bad it was we would stop reading your site. I come here because your information and insights are helpful to me. Even if you feel your system is flawed, please share it so we can grow from your experience.
