Exercise Life Hack?

Hey all!

I'm looking for an effective workout life-hack that's 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week that includes weightlifting and aerobics.

I don't need to be "ripped" -- just want some basic fitness. I'm looking for the most bang for the time spent. (Exercises that use multiple muscle groups, etc.)

Something between the unrealistic get fit for 5 minutes a day group and people who can spend two hours a day at the gym.

I'm looking for some sedentary computer type who researched this and solved this problem.

Anybody out there done this? Want to share your workout?

I would suggest the Exercise...

I would suggest the Hacker's Diet. It is reasonably complete, takes ~15 minutes a day, and is graduated so you can start from where you are and work up to where you are comfortable.
