after you manage the time, getting paid (billing software)

I'm a freelance consultant, so I need to be able to track my time spent accurately for billing. I used Timeslips from the beta version on, but it was eventually sold to a Windoz company, and, IMHO, became bloated. Has anyone found a relatively simple -- yet complete -- time and billing package for Macs?
