Cartoon: More productive in a coffee house?

I have seen several references on the web on how to beat procrastination and be more productive by changing work environment, mostly by going to the nearest coffee house. Here is Scott Kurtz (PvP) take on this: 6 Comments

Yeah, it's way too easy at home for me to get up and do a little something here and there around the house, and realized I've killed my work time and finished very little work. I can do well at the coffee shop, but I'm also guilty of the cartoon character's pitfall - sometime's I'm really productive, but at the wrong stuff. One of my new duties is a weekly write up of the major events in my industry for senior management, and a coffee shop is very conducive to that. Just reading the more interesting articles and trying to come up with clever summaries. » POSTED IN:
