My problem now is finding a great way to archive pages I don't need in it anymore. I'm sure there is a rollabind "binder" out there somewhere, but i'd settle for cheap-seats jumbo rollabind notebooks i can stuff my used pages into.

You could just buy a pack of covers and large rings from Rollabind.com. Or, you could store them in a 3 ring binder. The standard 3-hole punch won't interfere with the Rollabind punch.
