3x5 Tickler file (a la S.H.E)

I started a 3x5 tickler file according to the Sidetracked Home Executive system and I've come up with an annoyance and wanted to know how you solve this problem.

I have a "store" that I go to on an irregular basis. But while I'm there, I need to be reminded to pick up some groceries I can't find elsewhere when I run out.

I'm thinking of creating a separate "folder" called "this store" and just drop a card in there for each item as I remember them, or alternatively, just stick a card in there and update the one card. Does this sound right, or should I try something else?

I think I see that...

I think I see that I need to go with having a separate tab/folder in my 3x5 file for the store. I already have a notebook that is acting as my capture tool then at the end/beginning of the day I review that notebook for actions or items needing transferring to my file/calendar/contacts.

I'm not sure having a separate card in a case is the answer for me, but maybe I should have a separate tab on my notebook for this kind of capture or should I leave it in freeform style and transfer the information during my daily review?
