I just wanted to post publicly that I took Ryan (Rasmussen) up on his offer to contact him and he went above and beyond my expectations and more than "made right" my Levenger situation. Levenger has earned a customer for life and I will proudly be showing off some of the Levenger samples Ryan sent.
