What's the name of the note taking app that...

For the life of me I can not recall the name and web site for the OS X note taking app that is really simple and allows you to create and search notes from the same window. It's not a commercial product and was developed by one person offered as freeware or shareware. I could swear he announced it here, but I can't find the post after a half hour of searching.

Hive mind! I need you!
