Having problems with DevonThink & Agent

Ahhh!
I just downloaded the newest versions of DT and DA and now cannot do several things: copy and paste text, including urls etc from DT into other apps and vice versa; I also cannot import webpages into DT from DA ala PDF's Web Archives and Links etc... Basically, I cannot do anything at this point.

It's very frustrating, esp. because I use both apps so much. I have tried restarting the apps, and will try to computer in general, however does anyone have any suggestions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
