Google Calendar on an Index Card

Has anyone ever figured out a good way to print a Google Calendar onto index cards. I can get something printed onto an index card, but its so small, I can't read it. I use Google calendar at my desk, but I have a Levenger International Pocket Briefcase and I would like to be able to print a weekly calendar to carry in my Pocket Briefcase. I used to use Airset and it was easy to do such from Airset. I have been on gCal for about six months and I have never been able to find a successful method for producing an index card version of my calendar. Anybody got any ideas?

A solution for this would change my Weekly Review

I use the Hipster pda index card templates and always have the current month on one double card folded 3x5 and also have the following two months on one double sided index card. This gives me a compact calendar for the current quarter that is checkable and updateable where ever I am. I use the gCal for archiving events and entering events when I am online. During my W/R I synchronize the cards and gcal. Although this is somewhat labor intensive, it does give me the opportunity to see what is coming up that demands some action in the near term. It also allows me to review what has happened in the last week to glean Next Actions / Projects that haven't been updated elsewhere. Having a printable weekly and monthly calendar from gCal would be great.
