I used none of these and went with iGTD on the Mac since my GTD system is already there. I was using OmniOutliner but it's giving me trouble (won't load at times) and error-prone due to my finger fumbles.

My perfect system would do this:

• Allow me to establish goals to achieve by end of year
• Set milestones at end of each quarter
• Break down tasks by month and week
• Easily move incomplete tasks to next week, month, quarter
• Support a Category/Item structure (i.e.: Health & Fitness / Lose 10 pounds)

I found OmniOutliner too tedious for this. Project Management software is overkill. My system would operate via a web site and be usable on mobile devices (Symbian, iPhone).

Anyone want to code this? :)
