TOOLS YOU USE FOR GTD

I'VE BEEN LOOKING INTO DOING THE WHOLE GTD THING FOR THE NEW YEAR. JUST LOOKING INTO SOME IDEAS AS TO WHAT TOOLS TO START WITH. NOW TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF MY SITUATION. I AM A BUSINESS MANAGER, WHICH MEANS I ALSO NEED TO KEEP TRACK OF EMPLOYEES, SUCH AS TIME OFF AND SCHEDULING, NOT ONLY MYSELF. I DO HAVE ADULT ADHD. I'M IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER ONLY AT WORK. I DON'T EVEN HAVE INTERNET AT HOME (NOT ENOUGH TIME). I USE MY CELL PHONE FOR MY CONTACTS, BUT GOT SCREWED ONCE WHEN I USED IT FOR MY CALENDAR( A 2 YR OLD GOT A HOLD OF IT). I'VE REALLY ENJOYED USING 3X5'S WHEN PLAYING AROUND WITH THE "CONTEXT" IDEA AND ALSO THE UCD. DOES ANYONE USE THE MOLESKINE CALENDARS FOR ONE OF THEIR TOOLS? I NEED SOMETHING HIGH SPEED, PREFERABLY ANALOG, AND LOW DRAG. SMALL AND CARRYABLE (IS THAT A WORD?). ELECTRONIC PDA'S ARE OUT OF THE QUESTION. TOO EXPENSIVE AND TOO MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES. ADHD.....IS THAT A CHICKEN?

I KNOW IT'S ALOT.....SORRY.....MY BRAIN IS DUMPING EVERYTHING AT ONCE.

THANKS FOR EVERYONES TIME.

Please don't post all-caps. Many aren't as tolerant as Matt and simply won't read it.

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.

This is the video of Merlin’s keynote at Webstock 2011. The one where he cried. You should watch it. »
