GTD Reference & Mindmapping

Hi people. Long time fan, first time poster.

I am looking for advice from people who use mindmaps & GTD. Currently I use a mindmap in MindManager Lite for my reference material. I found it works well, but I question its efficiency.

My 'reference' mindmap has top level context nodes titled "work" & "home". Under these are more specific context nodes like "teams" & "vacation". Drilling down each node leads to more specific context nodes until it ends with data, such as a checklist for reviewing emails at work. I seems to work ok, but I cannot help but wonder if there is a better way to organize the data.

Can anyone offer some examples or advice on how I could improve my mindmap? Thanx.

I don't think it's a good ideea to drill down more than one level. Why don't you keep more top categories?
