In Part One, I relayed a few of Leslie Harpold’s amazing and simple methods of looking better every day. In this episode, it’s all about staying in touch with the people in your life, and letting them know they matter just by keeping track of them from time to time. I will confess that I am awful at staying in touch with anyone. Friends, relations, friends of relations, pets… you name it, I have at one point or another completely lost touch with it.
