Printing Attachments

Hello all! I’ve been searching high and low for a way to create a rule in Entourage that would print just an attachment in an email. for instance, Agendas sent by staff etc. I can’t find one. The work around I’ve attempted is to have attachments sent directly to a folder on my hard drive. Now I’m searching for an Applescript that will print any “new” document that’s just been added to that folder. I can’t find one. As you can see, it’s driving me a bit crazy. Any ideas would be apprecieated. Thanks in advance! 1 Comment

Zeek: You can set up an Automator workflow or Applescript as a “Folder Action” that will do just that. I’ve had them enabled for so long that I don’t recall the specifics of setting up Folder Actions in the first place, but a quick trip to The Google should help you out there. »
