Graduate Student looking for advice w/GTD related project

Hello- I am a graduate student at George Mason University in the Human Factors and Applied Cognition program. My current project is understand tasks that people perform on a daily basis in both their personal and business life. The survey is comprised of demographic questions, listing personal and business tasks and a likert scale of perceptions of computing devices. I am post this since I have not receive many responses to my survey when I have posted it to other site forums. My assumption is that people think it is spam or not sure how long the survey will take, I only takes five minutes and the data will be available online once the project is complete.

My question is how do I get some traction without people thinking it is spam. The only thing I can think of is an optional final question to get entered into a random $25.00 gift certificate. Any advice would be appreciated.

Is 43 folders and appropriate community to ask?

I you are interested the survey is located at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=xuKiFnOoomYt1HF1HlSSLg3d3d Any ideas or advice would be appreciated. -Chris
