Well that was worth the wait after yesterdays webinar with David Allen. Great to have some things clarified. Can’t wait to read future publications to see some of the detail on the beginning muck and miry junk. David exposed himself a little by telling us of his ‘trick’ of using mind mapping on any Project. Somtimes you may have just one next action, but if you have more ideas that flow ‘capture’ all of them on paper or digitally. He even uses it for quick ‘step into my office’ hashing-out ideas/meetings. A great way to communicate with people so not to get that immediate ‘defensive’ eye-balling stand off that occurs, or as some call it: the dominant do it! I’m looking to receive the back-up of this conference to review. A great overview for me. Merlin, what’s the scheduled release for the series, or no? » POSTED IN:
