lo-fi - keeping it tidy - thoughts ?direwolf | Dec 13 2007I'm implementing GTD using mainly lo-tech, ie, all my Next Actions, Projects etc are listed on 5x3 index cards (stapled together by category - ie, all NA@home cards together etc). I just cross out items when done but the cards tend to look a bit messy after a few weeks (my dodgy handwriting doesn't help !), to the point where it gets tricky to scan through them efficiently. read more »POSTED IN:

how do you choose tags?Simon | Apr 8 2008hey guys I would like to know what your habits are in tagging files. I found this very cool app, Punakea. It's a tagging software, basically similar to Yojimbo, Journaler,...and I'm thinking of tagging all my documents and files and have them organized by Punakea (instead of sorting them manually into folders) So do you have a certain system or what is your thinking process when you tag the files. thanks for any suggestions simon POSTED IN:
