I use the Mac Address Book and Mail.app, but this question could easily apply to someone that owns a Treo and works in Windows. Converting from hanging folders to manila foldersAndy P | May 11 2008I have a file cabinet, front opening, that doesn't have the slider in the back to allow me to use regular manila folders instead of hanging folders. I tossed the hanging folders out and started to reorganize, and I liked it MUCH BETTER without the hanging folders. Problem is, I can't keep the folders up. So, I went out and bought some Smead FasTab hanging folders. They have a tab built in. I like the FasTab way better than the Pendaflex cr*p. GTD and RPM Fusion ProjectLuke Bai | Mar 29 2008Hi guys I am working on a special project to combine GTD with RPM. RPM(aka OPA) is developed by Anthony Robbins, a top-down time management approach. I also aim the approach to be compatible with covey's 7 Habits. I used both GTD and RPM in the past few years. To the contrary belief, they are not really competing with each other. GTD did a great job in capturing, that's what RPM lacks. RPM did a great job in higher level planning aka 10,000-50,000ft stuff. Develop visions and goals etc. I implemented this fusion approach using DevonThink and iGTD. read more »POSTED IN:

moving files with quicksilverSimon | Nov 20 2007as a student i'm often downloading files from my teachers homepages, like pdf slides. Normally, my browser saves them in "Downloads" Folder and shows them with preview. what i like to do is to move the file while i see it with preview. because right now i always have to open "Downloads", click on the file and then use quicksilver to move the file... isn't there a way to it right away from preview? thx, simon (and sorry if i posted this topic in the wrong place in this forum) POSTED IN:
