GTD newbie needs some help.

Hey All- I just started working through GTD and tried to implement it this past weekend. So far, it's been largely a success, but there are a few areas that are a little fuzzy. The book instructs you to buy 3 paper holding bins. I did, and now use one for my "in" basket, one for blank sheets of paper and the last is sitting on the ground collecting dust. (Cleaning my office is in "In", don't worry).

So, my first question is: What the heck are the other two bins for?

Thanks for your help.

Looking for a mobile wiki

Hi, i've been browsing the net for a hosted wiki-sevice that's usable with my cell-phone (Nokia E61). There are realy nice solutions that work in a Web-Browser on my PC (e.g. the zoho-wiki, www.wik.is etc.) but do not work (reading and editing pages) on my phone. The most promising solution seems to be backpack (www.backpackit.com), which has a mobile interface. But: in the mobile interface the ordering of page-items differs from the original page, you only can add page-items (not alter existing ones) and in the free version you may only create 5 pages.

Well, hello there

Hey everyone,
I'm Marc. I recently graduated from Southampton Solent University in England and moved back to Germany. Now I work as a web developer at a small agency in Düsseldorf. I enjoy Apple products, giving presentations and turning crappy code into nice looking websites.
I got into GTD about half a year ago and so far it's been working fine for me. It helped me especially to get through my final weeks at uni.

New here... introduction

Hi. I just discovered you folks and will post my first question in a minute. I'm a math professor and a knitter. I can see that you'll be providing me with the opportunity to procrastinate by reading about ways to avoid procrastination.

Looking forward to exploring.

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.

This is the video of Merlin’s keynote at Webstock 2011. The one where he cried. You should watch it. »
