I visited my local Apple store this weekend looking for Christmas gifts and ideas. The new Wacom 'Bamboo' graphics tablet looked interesting, and I started thinking about ways to justify its purchase. I basically had similar thoughts to those being expressed on the various recent 'paper' articles here on 43F. So I'm browsing the Apple section at my local CompUSA later that same day and I notice one of these Bamboo units hooked up to a MacBook. I played with it briefly.

It should be very obvious, but I just can't seem to be find the button/page :(

I am posting here for the first time and I am not sure this is the right forum, but anyway...

I am hoping you know of a software or web solution to the following problem. I would be grateful for any suggestions.

My wife is an interior designer and I am her ad hoc IT department. She is having a lot of trouble when she needs to send images to clients for review or approval. Usually, she attaches one or more image files to an email (using Apple Mail.app) and sends that to the client.

Sometimes, the client says they can't see or "download" the image.

David Allen says that there are seven types of things that need to be kept track of:

• projects
• project support material
• calendar
• next actions
• waiting for
• reference
• someday/maybe ideas

But then at the end of Chapter 7 of GTD, he suggests how useful it is to maintain plenty of checklists of creative reminders. So what are these? They don't fit into any of the above categories, and he doesn't say how or where there should be organised.
