Looking to get the "achiever" me back.Marie Casas | Mar 1 2008Hi 43F! I'm Marie and I don't know why exactly it's called "43" Folders. I'm going through David Allen's book right now. Just bought a bunch of folders and am still wondering where I could get a good deal on a desktop labeler. I'll try again tomorrow. I'm known to be very proactive and achiever type, being a former national student leader and all but it seems for the past year or so since taking my CPA boards (or getting a boyfriend?) I haven't been organized with my goals or my life. I can't seem to get anything concrete done. So I hope GTD will help me get somewhere. I'll try. read more »POSTED IN:
Where do you store potential future actions?Steven Ho | Nov 2 2007A lot of times, when defining the next action for a project, I think of other things that I MUST do sometime later in the project, but I can't do it yet, for whatever reason. Let's call these "potential future next actions". How do you guys manage these potential future actions within a project (note: these actions are not someday maybe projects) WITHOUT creating a Gaant chart like system? POSTED IN:

NOW TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF MY SITUATION. I AM A BUSINESS MANAGER, WHICH MEANS I ALSO NEED TO KEEP TRACK OF EMPLOYEES, SUCH AS TIME OFF AND SCHEDULING, NOT ONLY MYSELF. I DO HAVE ADULT ADHD. I'M IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER ONLY AT WORK. I DON'T EVEN HAVE INTERNET AT HOME (NOT ENOUGH TIME). I USE MY CELL PHONE FOR MY CONTACTS, BUT GOT SCREWED ONCE WHEN I USED IT FOR MY CALENDAR( A 2 YR OLD GOT A HOLD OF IT). read more »POSTED IN:
