You Fiona Apple fans with one of those useless "modern" browsers can pick up a copy of this 8-year-old long-abandoned dinosaur over here.

May I also recommend grabbing an "I like Ike" pin, a T'pau cassingle, and possibly an "Ayatollah Assaholla" t-shirt?

The Yahoo! music service is indeed stuck in the dark ages with respect to Mac support. Fortunately, there's a Greasemonkey script called pkLaunch that lets Firefox users open these videos in an external program -- even if they're on a Mac or Linux. The script is updated frequently, which is an unfortunate necessity, since Yahoo! constantly changes things to try to break it.

Thanks, Ari.

Why are We Lookin' All Plain?

Don't Panic. 43f is having funky problems with IE, so I've put the site into crazy-simple mode until I can figure out what's going on. Enjoy the white space.

Software that works well with GTD

New to the site. I like it.

I wonder if there is software that is very simple, but useful in helping use the GTD methodology.

omnifocus syncing across multiple computers

http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=6189&page=5

It takes about 10 minutes of terminal fun, but when you're done you'll have: - OmniFocus syncing to and from a central server ever 30 minutes - Growl notifications indicating sync success - manual command-line utilities for forcing sync

Giles Turnbull on Macs & GTD

Giles was able to use some bits from email exchanges we had in his very good intro to using Macs for GTD. I especially like the tools overview.

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.

This is the video of Merlin’s keynote at Webstock 2011. The one where he cried. You should watch it. »
