Our Most Popular PostsHandling Non-Dated, but Important Next Actions (OmniFocus, GTD method)Scottw | Jan 24 2008I currently use OmniFocus to implement my GTD method. I find it to be about the best organization app and I live and breath by it and iCal. I try to keep my inbox at zero, and I feel as though I am running with all four on the floor and while that might look funny, my system seems to work for me. HOWEVER... read more »6 Comments

The popularity of that prime numberMerlin Mann | Feb 9 2005The recent volume of email, calls, and IMs about a single issue makes me think it’s time to state something publicly and explicitly: 43 Things is not related to 43 Folders in any way. Full stop. read more »POSTED IN:

It's partially a response to kenzi's thread, GTD and the creative life...possible? (N.B.-I haven't put it into practice yet for fine art, but I can see how it would work in theory since it works so well for design projects.) Art isn't always created in a linear fashion, but for the most part I'd say art creation usually follows this general process: read more »POSTED IN:
Google Calendar on an Index CardMichael Smith | Oct 10 2007Has anyone ever figured out a good way to print a Google Calendar onto index cards. I can get something printed onto an index card, but its so small, I can't read it. I use Google calendar at my desk, but I have a Levenger International Pocket Briefcase and I would like to be able to print a weekly calendar to carry in my Pocket Briefcase. I used to use Airset and it was easy to do such from Airset. I have been on gCal for about six months and I have never been able to find a successful method for producing an index card version of my calendar. Anybody got any ideas? POSTED IN:
