Homework Assignments: Where do they go?odie5533 | Oct 22 2007As a student, I get many homework assignments from reading, to worksheets, to completing problem sets in a text. I was wondering, where should these assignments go in my GTD system? read more »POSTED IN:
The Dark Side of ProductivityBrian Naas | May 1 2008"To allow oneself to be carried away by a multitude of conflicting concerns, to surrender to too many demands, to commit to too many projects, to want to help everyone in everything is itself to succumb to the violence of our times. Frenzy destroys our inner capacity for peace. It destroys the fruitfulness of our work, because it kills the root of inner wisdom which makes work fruitful." -Thomas Merton POSTED IN:
20K ft and higher and GTDJamie Conklin | Jan 24 2008Hello everyone, I have a question after reworking my system and a year of practice. I have tried to go back through the archives and have not really found an answer. I understand the runway/10K foot (projects) aspect of GTD but not the higher aspect. Where do you keep the 20-50K information in your system? How does visions or goals of paying off a loan or earning x degree trickle down to the runway level? I am missing how the big picture works down to projects and actions for something that might take 5-10 or maybe 20 years. POSTED IN:

Del.icio.us Tag Management?Chage | Feb 20 2008Right now I have a heaps of tags in del.icio.us where this is only 1 item associated with the tag. Do people actually try to minimise this? if so, do you have your own tagging standards? or do you just leave them alone and not worry about it? Cheers POSTED IN:
